# Navigate the Hub

> Find your workspace, organization and personal account from one consistent menu.

Select the Smerio logo to open **Getting started**, even after completing setup. The Hub keeps its logo, location breadcrumbs, **Docs** and **Blog** in the header. With an active session, the header expands to the application width and includes your greeting and **Menu**. Menu sits to the left of the logo and opens the left-side panel. Your greeting stays to the right of Blog. On small screens, Docs, Blog and your greeting share a row below the logo, followed by breadcrumbs.

## One menu

Select **Menu** to find these destinations after company setup:

* **Getting started** for [resumable setup](https://smerio.com/docs/workspace/getting-started.md). It appears first.
* **Inbox** for conversations across messaging channels.
* **Channels** for RCS, SMS and MMS configuration and [messaging activity by channel](https://smerio.com/docs/channels/activity.md).
* **Workspace settings** for organization configuration and the controls available to your role.
* **Account activity** for [workspace operations and messaging events](https://smerio.com/docs/workspace/activity.md).
* **API access** for [sandbox keys and integration identifiers](https://smerio.com/docs/workspace/api-access.md).
* **Organization** for the current organization selector.
* **Personal account** for profile/security, account preferences and sign out.

Organization selection and personal account actions are separate groups. On desktop, opening the panel shifts the application alongside it. Organization popups appear above the panel and remain interactive. On small screens, the panel overlays the application without blocking provider popups. Selecting a workspace destination closes the panel. You can also close it with the close button, a click on application content, or Escape while focus is in the panel. When focus is in the organization popup, Escape closes that popup first.

Select **Hide Getting started from my menu** to hide that entry for your user across workspaces. The checkbox remains in the menu so you can restore it. The logo continues to open Getting started. This does not change another user’s menu.

## Know where you are

Breadcrumbs show the current location, such as **Hub / Channels / RCS**. Select **Channels** to return to the channel list. Setup requirements and role permissions still apply to each destination.

## Account preferences

Open **Menu → Account settings**. Profile and security is separate from communication preferences. Use **Save preferences** to save your choices or **Close** to dismiss the dialog without saving. Both actions appear together at the bottom.
