# Account activity

> Trace workspace operations and messaging events within a bounded history.

Open **Menu → Account activity** to review the last **90 days** of workspace operations, message creation and delivery events. The list shows time, actor, result and a request or message identifier when available. Use **Refresh activity** for new entries and **Load older activity** to continue through the window.

## What is recorded

Authenticated API actions are recorded from this release onward, including setup changes, key operations and market comparisons. Message creation and delivery history already stored by Smerio can appear within the same 90-day window. Administrators and members see their own workspace's shared operational activity.

The log excludes message text, recipient phone numbers, request bodies and secrets. It does not include sign-ins, unauthenticated attempts or changes made directly in the messaging provider's dashboard. This is operational traceability, not an immutable compliance ledger.

## Retention

New activity records expire after 90 days and are removed by the background worker. The view excludes expired records immediately. This retention does **not** delete Inbox conversations, consent evidence or delivery reconciliation data. Those datasets and backups have separate policies.

## API

`GET /api/management/activity` requires a human session with management:read. Use `limit` from 1 to 100 and pass the returned `next_before` value as `before` to load the next page. Sandbox API keys cannot read this account-level history.
