# Explore RCS markets

> Compare shared launch questions and country differences before preparing a sender.

Open **Channels → RCS → Explore country requirements**. Select up to eight countries on the world map or use the country selector and **Add country**. Regional views make smaller countries easier to select. Use +/− or the mouse wheel to zoom, then drag to move. Clicking a selected country again removes it.

The **Use case** is the purpose of your messages. Authentication, transactional updates and marketing can require different launch answers. Changing it clears the previous comparison. Choose your use case and select **Compare requirements**. Smerio reads the available launch questionnaires and shows:

* Questions shared by all successfully checked countries.
* Groups of countries with matching complete questionnaires.
* Expandable country details with additional questions or unavailable results.

Select **Use these countries for new test senders** to reuse the selection for your next website test sender. This does not change an existing sender's registrations or request production approval.

> The map represents countries, not RCS coverage. Matching questionnaires do not establish identical laws, operator rules or recipient availability. An empty or failed result does not mean there are no requirements. Successful results may be cached for an hour.

These screenshots use synthetic questionnaires to demonstrate both shared questions and a country difference. They do not state actual requirements for Spain, Germany or the United States. ## Management API

`POST /api/management/channels/rcs/markets/compare` accepts `countries` and optional `use_case`. It requires `management:read` and reports questionnaire availability separately from coverage.

`PUT /api/management/channels/rcs/markets` saves the same selection in the workspace and requires a human administrator with `setup:write`. See the [API contract](https://smerio.com/hub/openapi.json) for schemas.
